- *UNLIMITED custom training plans (triathlon, cycling, running)
Based on your TLETS assessments for swim, bike, and run, Tri4Him will develop as many 3- or 4-month custom training plans as you can complete. These are not off-the-shelf, one-size-fits-all plans tagged as "beginner", "intermediate", and "advanced" for each race distance. They are truly manually produced for each person based on their assessments, performance background, race distance, age, sport ages in all three sports, disparity between performance levels to address weaker disciplines, and more.
- Detailed daily workouts with specific objectives, durations, paces, zones, rest duration, and technique pointers
- Complete supplemental documentation specific to your plan
- Guidance for adjusting your weekly plan to accommodate unexpected changes in your routine
- Training pace, power, and zone calculator based on your current TriDots from your initial assessment and those conducted throughout your plan
- Training guidance emails specific to your training plan
- Nutrition and hydration calculators (fueling and cooling) especially important for half and full iron triathletes where hydration must be spot on
- Race execution planning tools that use assessment and training data from key workouts and race rehearsals to determine your optimal race pacing

*Custom training plan requests take 3-5 days to turn around following the receipt of your assessments and other information. Members cannot request more plans than what they can consume within their membership period. (i.e. One plan at a time. Twelve month's of membership comes with twelve month's worth of 3- or 4-month custom plans.)
